PRODUCT RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The user has the possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made in THE STORE within fourteen business days from receipt of the order at the chosen delivery address.

The products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used, and must keep their original labels, as well as their packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory items, also in perfect condition.

If the return of the product occurs without the original packaging, THE CAPSOUL reserves the right not to return the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered a depreciation.

Returns of products customized according to the customer’s instructions or manufactured, adapted or made from the customer’s specifications will not be accepted.

THE CAPSOUL reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.

FORM OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

To proceed to make product returns, you must -within seven business days of receipt of the order-, send an email to the address: info@thecapsoul.jo indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products subject to return.

Then THE CAPSOUL will contact you to arrange a home collection of the products.

Except in cases of receipt of defective products from the factory and/or damaged during shipping, the shipping costs associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. THE CAPSOUL will reject the receipt of any return made or sent in the “cash on delivery” mode.

Once the request to exercise their right of withdrawal has been received by the buyer and once in possession of the returned merchandise, THE CAPSOUL will proceed to examine the products received, and then the return will be made,

PRODUCT RETURNS – MANUFACTURER DEFECTS AND/OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE:

The buyer has the possibility of making returns of products received in poor condition, either due to defects or factory defects, (provided that said defects were not due to improper handling or use by the user), or that have been damaged. in the transport.

The claim in the event of receipt of a damaged product must be made as soon as possible, and it must occur within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that it can be covered by transport insurance.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:

In order to return products with factory defects, a statement to that effect must be sent by email to the address: info@thecapsoul.jo, indicating the order number affected as well as the product or products to be returned and a Detailed list of the defects found in them.

If it is not possible to replace it, THE CAPSOUL will inform the user of this circumstance and proceed to pay the user the amount corresponding to the purchase of the product.

In the case of receipt of products in poor condition attributable to their transport, and whenever their replacement is not possible, THE CAPSOUL will proceed to pay the user the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
