Shipping Policies

Processing Time:

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take up to 3 business days from Saturday to Thursday.

(Delivery during some special offers period could take up to 5 business days)

Process after your order is placed:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

The standard of shipping:

We offer free shipping for orders over 30 JOD (excluding offers) 

What to do if your order has not reached within the normal time frame?

We welcome any email about your order including but not limited to order status, shipping problem and even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 3 business days, please contact us at info@thecapsoul.jo
